Description

Make the best cauliflower pizza crust with this easy recipe! It’s low-carb and keto friendly, plus you’ll get extra veggies in each bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 to 1.5 pounds cauliflower, riced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheese (e.g. mozzarella or parmesan)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
  2. Rice the cauliflower using a food processor.
  3. Spread cauliflower rice on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes until tender.
  4. Transfer cooked (or thawed) cauliflower to a clean dish towel and squeeze out excess moisture.
  5. In a bowl, mix cauliflower rice, egg, cheese, oregano, and salt.
  6. Press dough onto parchment-lined baking sheet about 1/4 inch thick.
  7. Bake at 400ºF for 30 minutes or until golden and dry.
  8. Add toppings and bake an additional 5-10 minutes.
  9. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

You can use fresh or thawed frozen cauliflower. Be sure to squeeze out as much moisture as possible for the best texture.
